§1 General provisions
1.1 These Regulations, hereinafter referred to as the Regulations, define the rights and obligations of the Participants of the Green Energy Tricity Conference - GET - hereinafter referred to as the Conference.
1.2 The Organizer of the Conference is Automatic Systems Engineering Sp. z o.o. based in Gdańsk (Narwicka 6 Street, 80-557 Gdańsk), NIP: 5830000049, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
1.3 The Conference, shall take place at the time, place and form indicated by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to change the properties of the Conference, indicated in the first sentence, until the date of commencement of the Conference.
1.4 The participants of the Conference may be persons interested or professionally related to the subject matter of the Conference and the representatives of the Partner, who are hereinafter referred to as the Participants.
1.5 The detailed schedule of the Conference is available on the website https://getase.com/.
§2 Registration for the Conference
2.1 In order to participate in the Conference, the Participant is required to register and timely pay a fee in the amount and to the account indicated on the Conference Website.
2.2 The conditions of participation in the Conference are:
2.2.1. Enrollment in the Conference by completing the registration form available on the Conference Website.
2.2.2. Payment of the fee in the amount and by the deadline specified by the Organizer.
2.3 The deadline for submitting the application for participation in the Conference via the Conference website is the date specified by the Organizer.
2.4 The Organizer shall not be liable for any incorrect or untrue data provided by the Participant during the registration of participation in the Conference.
2.5. Registration of participation in the Conference means acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations, as well as compliance with the law and any other arrangements made between the Participant and the Organizer.
§3 Payment
3.1 Information on the amount of fees for participation in the Conference is posted on the website of the Conference.
3.2 The fee for participation in the Conference shall be paid to the account indicated by the Organizer. Information about the required fees is also available on the Conference Website.
3.3 Failure to pay the fee for participation in the Conference by the date specified by the Organizer on the website of the Conference Internet Service entitles the Organizer to cancel the application for participation, without incurring any liability for damages on this account.
§4 Confirmation of payment
4.1 The Organizer shall issue a VAT invoice
4.2 The payer (addressee of the invoice) is the entity ordering individual services related to participation in the Conference.
4.3 The Participant shall cover the costs associated with participation in the Conference, in the form of stay and travel on their own. The fee for participation in the Conference includes the cost of a meal in the form of lunch, coffee breaks and banquet.
§5 Cancellation of participation in the Conference
5.1 In case of registration for the Conference by filling in the application form available on the Conference website, the Conference Participant who is a consumer or an entrepreneur conducting business activity on the basis of an entry in the Central Register of Business Activity and Information (CEIDG) may resign from participation in the Conference within 14 days from the date of registration, but no later than until the commencement of the Conference. Resignation of the Participant from the Conference should be made in writing - the Conference resignation form is attached to these Regulations.
5.2 In case of resignation of the Participant referred to in item. 1, from participation in the Conference, the Organizer shall immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of resignation, refund all fees paid by the Participant to the bank account indicated by him/her.
§6 Complaints
6.1 Any complaints against the Organizer of the Conference Participants should be submitted in writing by registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the registered address of the Organizer or by email to the following e-mail address: get@ase.com.pl.
6.2 Complaints of the Conference Participants may be reported no later than within 3 days after the end of the Conference.
6.3 After the deadline specified above, no complaints will be considered.
6.4 Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
§7 Personal data
Pursuant to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016 (hereinafter , "Regulation"), we inform you that:
7.1 The administrator of your personal data (hereinafter , "Administrator") is Automatic Systems Engineering Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Gdańsk (6 Narwicka Street, 80-557 Gdańsk).
7.2 As an Administrator, we are responsible for using your personal data in a secure manner and in accordance with applicable laws.
7.3 Contact with the Data Protection Inspector: ochrona.danych@ase.com.pl.
7.4 Your personal data:
(a) pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, they will be processed for the purpose of entering into and performing the contract concluded with you,
b) pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, they will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation related to the issuance and storage of documents and invoices for services rendered or commissioned by the Administrator, the exercise of post-sale rights to which you or the Administrator are entitled, including for defense against and in connection with the assertion of claims, and the performance of other legal obligations before state authorities.
(c) pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, they will be processed for the purpose of performing direct marketing by both the Conference Organizer and the Financial Partner of the Confectionery Organizer,
d) pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the General Regulation on the basis of your separately granted consent - if granted - they will be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information by both the Conference Organizer and the Financial Partner of the Confection Organizer.
7.5 Your personal data will be processed by other entities, including, in particular, companies of the ASE Technology Group and other entities providing services for the Administrator, such as those related to financial settlements, protection of property and persons, accounting, legal, advisory and consulting and archiving offices, service of IT equipment and computer programs in which the data are collected, any other services supporting the activities undertaken by the Administrator in its operations in connection with the performance of the agreement concluded by the Administrator with third parties or you.
7.6 You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, the right to rectify, delete or restrict processing, the right to data portability, and if the processing of personal data by the Administrator is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time by sending written information to the Administrator's Company address or the Personal Data Inspector's email address given in Section 3. 3.
7.7 Notwithstanding the provisions of para. 6, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that is not based on your consent, contract or law. Against direct marketing conducted by the Administrator, including profiling and data processed on a different legal basis than the one indicated in the first sentence, you may file an objection to the Administrator's Company address or the Personal Data Inspector's e-mail address given in point. 3. If you file an objection, once your request has been processed, it will not be possible for the Administrator to process the personal data covered by the objection, unless we demonstrate that there are valid legitimate grounds for the processing of the data which are deemed by law to override your interests, rights and freedoms, or there are grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.
7.8 Your personal data will be stored for the period designated by the administrator, i.e. 10 years, with the exception that if you raise an objection to the processing of your personal data, until you raise an objection that has been taken into account in the procedure set forth in para. 7.
7.9 You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe that the processing of personal data by the administrator takes place in violation of the law.
7.10. Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data preventing the execution of the contract may result in refusal to execute the order/contract.
§8 Final provisions
8.1 In the event that the Conference does not take place due to reasons attributable solely to the Organizer, the Organizer shall immediately return the amounts paid by the Participants to the bank accounts indicated by them.
8.2 Any disputes that may arise from participation in the Conference shall be settled by a court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Organizer, unless the provisions of generally applicable law provide otherwise.
8.3 The Conference is a closed event and does not constitute a mass event within the meaning of the Act of March 23, 2009 on mass event safety (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 62, item 504).
8.4 In matters not covered by these Regulations shall apply the provisions of the Civil Code.
8.5 The Organizer shall not be liable for Participants' belongings which may be lost, damaged or stolen during the Conference.
8.6 Participants shall bear full financial responsibility for damages caused by them on the premises where any activities related to the Conference are conducted.
8.7 These Regulations shall enter into force on the date of their posting on the Conference website.
8.9 The Organizer has the right to change the provisions of the Regulations. Amendments shall become effective within 7 days of their posting on the Conference website. However, with respect to pending services, the version of the Regulations in force at the time of registration by the Participant shall apply.
8.10. The provisions of these Rules and Regulations are an integral part of the Conference Registration and apply to all Participants.
