Purposes of data processing, legal basis and legitimate interests of the Personal Data Controller
Your personal data is processed for:
- entering into and performing the contract(s) connecting you with us- because processing is necessary for the performance of the contract(s) (Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO);
- direct marketing of products or services, - because the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO), which is the ability to perform direct marketing;
- researching your preferences regarding the demand for products or services within the scope of our subject matter, - because the processing is necessary for the realization of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO), which is the ability to establish a catalog of products and services perhaps of interest to you;
- to establish, assert or defend against claims related to the contract(s) concluded with you or to the processing of your personal data (Article 9(2)(f))
- to comply with our legal obligations under Union or Polish law (tax authorities), as the processing in this case is necessary for the fulfillment of legal requirements to which we are subject (Art. 6(1)(c) RODO);

- direct marketing of products or services - until the termination or expiration of the contract(s) as the time of our legitimate interest in processing personal data for this purpose, or until you object;
- researching preferences regarding demand for products or services - until the termination or expiration of the contract(s) as the time in which there is our legitimate interest in processing personal data for this purpose, or until you object;
- fulfill our legal obligations - until the expiration of our data retention obligations under the law.
Rights accorded to you
You have the right to:
- to access the content of your personal data, to rectify (correct, complete), to limit its processing or to delete it;
- to portability of the personal data you have provided to us, i.e. to receive this personal data if technically possible, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, and you have the right to send this personal data to another controller. If technically possible, you have the right to request that we send the personal data directly to the other controller;
- to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the RODO

Right to object
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling. If you raise an objection to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will not be processed by us for such purposes.
